With over a decade of experience in real estate capital markets, Adrian has personally led the origination, structuring, and closing of over $1 billion in debt and equity transactions across the United States. His expertise spans bridge lending, construction financing, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity across multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes.

Adrian has financed over 5 million square feet of Class-A office across the country. Prior to founding Two50, Adrian held a senior role at Paradigm Commercial Real Estate. He is known for his precise ability to introduce creative capital solutions in complex, time-sensitive situations.

Sara Frankel serves as the Vice President of Originations at Two50 Capital Group. Sara specializes in fixed-rate real estate financing across the country, bringing a rare combination of market depth and lender relationships that few in the industry can match. Her ability to identify the right capital source — often where others cannot — gives her clients something more valuable than just a competitive rate: the certainty of execution.

Sara has advised on over $400 million of financings throughout the US, specifically on construction loans.

Josh Eliassian serves as Vice President of Two50 Capital Group's capital markets team, working in close partnership with the Principal on the firm's most complex and structured transactions. Josh's focus is bridge debt advisory and structured finance.

His career includes several years at Kroll, where he worked directly on loan portfolios for Blackstone and Apollo — giving him a perspective on credit and deal structure that few in the market can claim.
